But I do add some marine stripes to remind me of the hot summer days at the seaside...

Neutrals With A Pop Of Red

A bit more than a pop, actually. Sort of Burberry colour scheme, don't you think? A touch of black is missing but I believe a good hint has been added with the dark brown beads. The shirt is actually gingham but you can't really tell from the not-so-good photo, right?

One For The Sunday

These heels are not made for walking. At least not for a girl like me, used to running around in ballet flats. But going to church on Sundays includes a car ride and I can just manage the distance between the car park and the church choir...

More Basic

I wear mostly trousers these days. I'm not yet ready for bare legs and I just can't be bothered with tights. It's still quite chilly outside, though. So, trousers it is.

This is another really basic outfit - trousers, top, shoes, ready to go. I'm rather fond of it, actually. I really love this shirt, it's from the girls' section at the local clothes shop. I bought it several years ago as I fell in love with the fabric. I love the pattern!

I'm also still very fond of my silver forget-me-not necklace, it's a true piece of art - and nature!
