Burgundy & Green

Friday outfit.

Skirt & cardi haven't been worn for a long time.

So nice to find 'new' clothes in one's wardrobe, isn't it?

These flats get a lot of wear, though. My absolute favourites.

I'm wearing:

- flats - Killah
- tights - Polzela (local brand)
- skirt - Tom Tailor
- leather belt - H&M
- top - Zara Girls
- cardi - TopShop

Have a wonderful weekend, dear blogging friends!

Red & Turquoise

Another lot of unedited pics. Which means more detailed shots which don't need any cutting and I've come to the conclusion that I actually like this. So expect more close-ups in the future!

This is another pair of jeans that I really adore, Tommy Hilfiger, bought on sale several years ago. They're on the tight side so they don't always fit perfectly but when they do, I'm happy...

Another favourite is this Oilily scarf, sporting absolutely gorgeous colours. Mail-ordered from their web shop, last year, I think.

I'm rather fond of the above shot - accessories nicely summed up with my lilac Colognes peeking out at the bottom!

This H&M skinny belt is another staple - it pops up in nearly every outfit!

Today I'm wearing:

- shoes - Oxygen
- socks - Polzela (local brand)
- jeans - Tommy Hilfiger
- shirt - Think Pink
- cardi - Zara
- skinny leather belt - H&M
- scarf - Oilily
- turquoise bracelets, earrings & ring (gifts & souvenirs from various occasions)

Have a great Friday, everyone!

Let's Go To Cologne

... in lilac! I'm sorry for the rather peculiar pictures today - I'm having some severe problems with my computer again and I wasn't able to edit my outfit pics. So I'm only giving you parts of my outfit as the photos of the whole thing really need some editing (as in cutting the edges and things like that).

Anyway, I really wanted to show you the latest addition to my shoe collection. Aren't these lilac Colognes from Oxygen absolutely adorable? Which has only just made me realise that you haven't yet seen my green Mary Janes as part of an outfit even though I wear them a lot but I promise to mend that a.s.a.p.

I totally adore the green Oxygens but I do find these lilac Colognes slightly more versatile. They work better with most of my outfits so my guess is - both pairs will get an enormous amount of wear! Great purchase, if I may say so myself!

Soooo, today's list includes:

- shoes - Oxygen (check yesterday's post!)
- socks - Polzela (local brand)
- cargos - Topshop
- leather belt - H&M
- ruffle top - Zara Girls
- waistcoat - Miss Selfridge

A Taste Of...

...my crochet scarves.

Same colour scheme as my cushion covers and pot holders and doilie

but I don't really mind.

The colours are vibrant and make me happy.

What else do I need?

My Crochet

I've been rather busy in the crochet department lately. Quite a lot to show you. Mind you, this is only a part of it! Sooo,... First of all, some cushion covers-to-be (still need to sew on the back sides...).

Remember the Granny Square headband? It turned out I didn't wear it very often so I transformed it into this:

Then I decided to make a scarf for myself. As I'm not very skilled at crochet I had some problems with some stitches, and I didn't want that to be seen in my lovely future scarf. Another cushion cover it is, then!

This last one was just practice - I had one tiny little Granny Square left from the top cushion cover and I just made it grow...

Somewhere between the cushion covers I managed to squeeze in two sweet little pot holders (I'd always wanted to have a sweet little crochet pot holder - now I have two!). They're just so darn pretty, aren't they!

Still, one picture of my pot holders would probably suffice... Ah well...

Last but not least, a doily! I saw a similar one over at Julia's and I thought - I can do that! Indeed I could!

So, here they all live happily ever after - in my kitchen.

More crochet to come - I'll give you a sneak preview of my gorgeous scarves in my next post, so stay tuned!
