A wonderful and inspirational love story.
I read the book several years ago. I loved it.
I only saw the film last week. Loved it just as well (although in my opinion no on-screen adaptation can beat a good book...).

I agree...great film and great photos...I can never seem to think of things off the top of my head but I do love "Almost Famous" and the Darjeeling Limited :)

Well, actually, i'm a little embarrassed but I love 70s and 80s horror movies. They are hardly scary and more kitschy...so for book to film adaptation ....I would say Misery and The Shining (the original Shining with Jack Nicholson) both by Stephen King.

ReplyDeleteI'm also a massive fan of the twilight books and think the films, though great are never as good as the books!
I love The Notebook too!! Like Kelly I agree about the Twilight books!! I love the films, but the books have lots more detail and power!!
