Currently On My Bedside Table...

I finally finished the Ken Follett books (I wish it were a trilogy, absolutely fascinating reading!) and now I'm re-reading an old book I got as a present from some very dear friends. They used to live in the same village as the author of the book, Ms Dinah Lampitt, and I used to spend many a summer with them. The book in question was signed by the dame herself and I saw her perform several times as she was part of the village acting group.

So, basically, reading this book again is one great walk down the memory lane for me. Ah, the times of youth and folly :)
